Gooey Notes 1.7

fix: corrected website url in About box.
fix: removed experimental note view in Manage Notes window as this was buggy and I want to change directions on this feature.
feature: simplified Manage Notes window into simple Search window to help support new direction for note management.

Additionally, some of the previous executables posted on the web site may have had issues with note text spontaneously disappearing. I’m hoping this is resolved by removing the experimental chromeless notes feature, but I am still keeping an eye out for more occurances of this bug.
