Spell or Shark

• Spell or Shark is now a series of components that can be added to each spelling list page, rather than a monolithic app page.
• Removed practice button and now spelling lists are discovered on the current page.
• Made custom spelling list editor a component of Spell or Shark rather than the site as a whole.
• App now obscures the rest of the page when practicing spelling.
• Spell or Shark now uses golf-like scoring.
• Guesses can now be typed with a physical keyboard.
• Full screen now uses the proper background color.

• The Enter key can now be used when guessing a whole word.
